I have no experience because no one will give me the chance.
Someone of the most simple jobs require 2 years experience. Been applying to jobs like crazy for the last 3 weeks with not ONE reply to my applications. Can't even get a fucking interview. I'm not here to complain I just need to know what I'm doing wrong. Also, if there are any jobs that are very easy to get hired. Hey OP I have been searching for a job for over 9 months. I am finishing my master's degree this semester. Everyone wants the magical 3,5,10 years of experience. If you don't have this good luck making it through the HR computer system bullshit, I have over 1000 auto reject emails. I have had 12 phone interviews, 3 video interviews and 6 in person interviews. I have made it to the final two multiple times but yet get sent home because of the lack of experience. In fact the last one I got beat out in an ENTRY LEVEL position by someone with 20+ year experience in the field who was just looking to coast in an easy job taking entry level pay to retirement. 20 year experience taking an entry level job. Step 3: Contact top 3 staffing agencies, semd them your resume, get interview, and don't be a weirdo. Be normal fag.
Step 4: Work as contact employee, kiss ass, whatever, mainly just show up on time and build work experience. After 6 months 1 year, get hired as actual employee or within company you contract for.
Basically fix your resume and join a staffing agency. It's really the only fucking thing hiring new people with no experience.

My company hires all zero skill employees through staffing agencies. We go through them, as most are shit. However, this is almost a prerequisite to gaining employment with any major company that isn't fast food or independently owned in today's economy.
Refine your fucking resume.
Search at least 3 of the latest staffing agencies in your area. Not fucking day labor, your are looking for the agencies that hold the keys to the largest corporations. Things like manufacturer, pharmaceutical, and food. They pay well, even as a contract employee.
Work that until you have stable work history and apply for positions within that company to get hired on, or search outside of it.
Your best chance and fastest way to employment within a company besides fast food, are all going to be through a staffing agency. If you have no degree and experience, staffing agency is a must. It's not that bad, and if you prove yourself, you will be able to use it to your advantage.
