Reference and trace (just don't post them) so you can reverse engineer it from other people who already know how to do it. I know i did that and it worked for me cause I'm better with reverse engineering study then trying to use references and eyeballing something i have no idea how to draw in the first place. Just do it from many artists so you don't get stuck on a certain style by accident.
