Yah it's not neat, but I have to do it from time to time. Thing is that I don't have a fixed work schedule, basically I do things whenever. That leads me to staying up during the night usually because that's how I like it. But as I've got to do other stuff during the day that's not optimal. Therefore as soon as I know I've got to do lots of stuff during the day I kick my sleep schedule back to sleeping during the night. Or at least a bit during the night. Fucked up but yeah.
