Anyone who DOESN'T say Chik-fil-a has never been to one or has no access to it.
It's the best fast food place in the south, hands down. No chains can compete with it.
Why? They almost never get your order wrong. How? Almost all white staff. Old people love chick-fil-a because they always have clean restaurants. They have the best tasting chicken nuggets and sandwiches. Why? Because I worked there and we all breaded them by hand. Nuggets are just cut up chicken breasts, not some fucking frankenmixture of whatever they process nuggets with these days. We cover them in milk and toss it in our seasoned flower before we fry the nuggets. They are delicious as hell and we charge an armload for them.
The grilled chicken is actually good as FUCK but not many people venture into it. Definitely worth trying out. The brine for the grilled chicken is what makes the taste.
Don't even get me started on the lemonade.

Using milk on fried proteins is a sure sign of shit tier cat food quality meat. It's usually used on garbage fish like swai that are barely edible as is, so the enzymes in the milk help break down the meat to make it more tender.

You must have no idea what breading is. The milk is required to create the coating when combined with the flour, during the cooking process it expands into a bread-like texture.
Why is it needed? Because frying meat will dry it out extremely quickly. The coating acts like a shield, keeping the oil and moisture inside. Combined with chickfila's pressure cooking method, it comes out fully cooked, crispy but not cooked long enough to burn the breading.
Chickfila sandwiches are on a whole different level from other fast food chicken sandwiches. All of the other fast food restaurants have precooked frozen breasts they use the fryer to just heat up. Chickfila is cooked raw and fresh, fully cooked quickly in the pressure fryer.
It's extremely dangerous actually. A lot of awful burns come from pressure fryers. But that's the price they pay for the best chicken sandwiches on the market.
