Kindred is in a weird spot at the moment, she used to rely heavily on aa speed, now she's evolved into raw damage.
Getting great success out of skirmishers+warrior, ghostblade, phantom dancer, and last whisper.
Bards Q does a shittonne of damage, and the slow is great. Your adc just needs to know how to play aggressive when you hit a 2 man stun. *Jhin works great.

There are mastery points you can put into a mastery page, at lvl 30 you have them all.
Then there are rune pages that unlock slots until you have 30 of those aswell.
And yeah ranked play.
If you want a tipp, save up some IP and dont buy too many champions, and when you hit lvl 20 buy some runes.
You can look up guides to see which ones you need.

Communication is mostly done through the ping system, which is basically a way to put small markers on the battlefield with specific information on those markers telling your team where to go and what to do. Oh and there's also a text chat system for more detailed communication but unfortunately there's no voice chat. Some people do use 3rd party programs for voice chat though, mostly those who know each other/are part of a group.
