Just wondering- how many of you will eat ham tomorrow with your family?
We took a poll. Turned out ham was boring. Tomorrow we eat STEAK! That has been our family tradition for nearly a decade now.

Tradition. Salted/cured pork was usually the only meat that made it through winter. It wasnt until the weather warmed that people would butcher animals again. Also lamb is usually the meat of choice for easter celebrations, but the consumption of lamb isnt that big in America.

Last year my mom was going through some depression and it slipped her mind that it was good friday, she made Milanesa, steaks fried with breadcrumbs. Good laugh and good meal.
