To prove God scientifically means to subject God to the scientific method (observation, hypothesis, experiment, etc), which basically means we would have to control the hand of God to do this. God is above humans and we as humans do not and can not control what God does since he is, you know, above humans instead of being subject to humans.
Besides, atheists tend to pigeon hole their minds into thinking science is the ONLY way to prove God, as opposed to the other ways the Bible can be verified. There are other ways to prove the Bible aside from science. For instance, prophecies that have been fulfilled, the change that being saved makes on a person, and it's STILL the best explanation for why humans act the way they do towards each other. Think outside the box for once, people.
