You can make business cards yourself with a printer and some cardstock, http://www.brother.com/creativecenter/en_us/business/businesscard/ here's some templates most printers have a heavy paper setting for cardstock and photopaper. Find cardstock with a matte surface, maybe some texture, not shiny surface crap that looks like school posters.
Also don't know if it's possible but you might also want to set up a fake website that doesn't have images but instead has (fake) contact info (maybe get a burner phone and a prepaid sim card) for establishing interviews and another contact for commissioned galleries and videos.
