I'm looking at your lolking to see what I can suggest for you to play. I highly recommend shrinking your champion pool to three champions if you want to climb quickly. Right now I'm in Silver I (I know I'm dogshit) but I've quickly gotten to there from Silver III 0 LP by queueing exclusively mid/top and only playing Quinn, Karma, or Talon.
For you, I'd suggest mid/support and ONLY playing the following:
Support: Lulu, Leona, Soraka
Mid: Malzahar, Varus, Teemo,

There is no "elo hell". The entire game is "elo hell". If you think the feeding, trolling or dumb ass-fuckery of that game stops as you climb, you're going to be sorely disappointed if you ever manage to get good enough to climb.
My first season ever, I thought Bronze was hell and then was introduced to Silver. You have dickheads in low Silver who throw games on purpose because they don't care. They're not Bronze so they could give a shit less.
The same thing with Gold. Some people in Gold have that "shew, as long as I'm not Silver" mentality so they fuck with your game on purpose. There's even trolls in Plat/Diam who will troll a game just because someone on their team is in a series.
The game is shit with 100+ unbalanced champions and the community is a giant pile of shit because Riot's policing is handled by the same pile of shit. Bronze/Silver/Gold/Platinum/Diamond/Master... same shit different border.

Yes it is. You're the fucking support. You need to peel off your carry and/or make plays and CC is vital to that, which is why all viable support picks have lots of CC, shields, heals, etc. Tools that Teemo does not have, outside of a short blind and a maybe slow if they step on a shroom. You're not making a good case for yourself not being Bronze 5 by insisting that Teemo is a good support, by the way.

LP gain/loss is based on your MMR. MMR is more important than LP, actually. Basically, your MMR is lower than expected for your current rank, so it is forcibly keeping you there unless you can FUCK THE ODDS and win that hard anyways. Otherwise, you need to raise your MMR with good CONSISTENT play.
If you consistently play well, your MMR will rise and your LP gain/loss will get more reasonable. Keep doing it and your MMR will go above your current rank, resulting in barely losing LP on losses and gaining giant chunks on wins, even skipping divisions if you get it high enough.

A Bronze V will lose very winnable games on Zed and Yasuo. Talon might actually be safe since people in that elo are so bad they don't punish his laning phase and you can just roam anyways. But Zed/Yasuo? Don't bother. Play simpler stuff that you can play blindfolded. It'll make you improve at the game too.

I started climbing once I picked talon mid back up.
If you follow a good guide (vapora dark) then you can learn how to really dominate with him. He has some of the best roams with his kit + mobis and can easily snowball and instakill whoever your team fed on the enemy team.
The only problem I have is that mid is impossible to get in dynamic queue. I have a 75% win rate with talon out of 12 games so far, but getting mid in this awful dynamic queue is just not reliable.
