You forgot to include the definition of a minor, which is in there.
In law this is important. A 'minor' in law is an actual real living human being. You know, with a social security number, an address, DNA, eyes, ears, nose, throat, a brain, parents, etc. In order to meet the criteria you posted it has to be a depiction of an actual IDENTIFIABLE real-life minor.
