Yeah it sucks. Went through highschool a social reject. Luckily I was pretty attractive so I wasnt completely ostracised. And the friends I did have only stuck around for the money I threw around. Got diagnosed with Aspergers after highschool after depression. Studied human behaviour and applied it IRL. And I actually have real friends/ a gf now.
