I used to post about this game back in 07, and there were tons of us playing the game. I remember there being a group of almost 400 people from /b/ working together. I came to post it for one to remind people who used to play that there is a lot of updates, including a completely new map, trading and crafting, and lots of new undead skills. I also want to show it to newer people to see if we can all work together, the whole premise of the game is its a survival/horror mmo set in a quarantined city filled with vampires and zombies. You choose to play as a human/vampire/zombie in this city and fight for survival. In terms of game-play its very similar to urban dead except faster paced, and to give fiar warning, there is a AP system, if you don't like that then it might not be for you.
Anyways give it a shot, and if you d come back an log into and older account, there is a button under the movement map that allows you to go to the new map, it will say Go to Serling.
Also, there are some new updates have been added to the game, all new players now start with a walkie talkie(you can use the global channel 27.0 to talk to everyone/ask for help), there are now vaults to store your items(at the banks), traps and and more.

how do i cure infections? Also, whats the point in going inside buildings? Is there any use to attacking a television?
You slash the generator with your Claws. There is no visible effect and lose 1 HP due to your infection. Everything begins to go dark as you start to feel numb and cold. You die.

Attacking televisions can set fires, Usually you can find supplies in buildings, or if you are undead humans looking for supplies, you have to press search to find items or sometimes hidden players.
Depends for infection, as a human you need anti-biotics, as a zombie/vampire if you search in hospitals you find human hearts which can heal infection I think

Yes the game is multiplayer, there are other players though map is pretty big so they are pretty scattered around. Attacking gennies also causes fire, also gives undead xp.
