If thats the case, just go to a garden or park and lay in the ground, enjoy the heat of the sun on your face. Look at the trees and flowers, and concentrate on how beatyfull they are. let the ground absorb your negative toughts and you will have a feeling that is gonna be something like the planet huggin you.
Do that 2 times a week when the sun is up, and watch some sunrises, they are beautyfull too.
