Honestly. Probably Canada. Mexico is too obvious and he wouldn't want to deal with the rest of latin america coming after him in retaliation.
Canada is just sitting right there waiting. Go in, take it, take the Canadian oil for ourselves so we don't have to pay them for it, force the Canadians and the US citizens who defect to Canada to work there as forced labor. Europe won't do anything about it. They'll take the appeasement route they did with Hitler. "Maybe Trump will just stop at Canada." After that it'll probably be the island nations in the gulf of mexico before the real war begins trying to take over Mexico and south America. Europe gets scared and jumps in only this time they don't have the US to come in at the last minute and save the day. Russia stays out of it, already knowing that there's no point in fighting the united states. They focus on the asian continent. US and Russia have a tentative peace and divide europe up again cold war style. Africa is left alone because fuck that place. Australia becomes a shitty resort continent. Antarctica stays the same.
