Realize that you aren't truly alone in this world. Sure it'd be scary to be new people or see new things, but that's the point. Taking a risk like that will lead to a better version of yourself. OP, here's some honest advice
1) Get a hobby. Something constructive that requires your hands. Nothing on the computer.
2) Got to the gym. Run, weights. Whatever. Working out releases endorphins and it'll raise your self esteem.
3) Get some fitting clothes. $200 can completely redo your wardrobe. Check out /r/malefashionadvice. The stickies give you some really good advice on what to wear and what colors/brands to get.
4) Get out of the house. Make plans with friends to go hiking, bowling, dancing, whatever. Get the fuck out of here and spend time with real people.
5) If you don't have any friends, go on Meetup and find something happening around you. If you live in bumfuck nowhere, start a group. You're not alone.
