OP, my old roommate used to have a scrip for this but never use them. It's basically like an adderall with less euphoria, maybe a little more jitters. I used to use them if I was going to be drinking all day, keeps you from crashing and you stay pretty 'together' don't turn into a sloppy mess.

I've never heard about anything like that, but how fast it releases depends on the acidity of your stomach. So if you feel like you need to calm down, take some Tums & it'll slow down how fast it dissolves, but it'll make it last longer

It works. I used to pop 100-200mg within 2 hours, not concerta, but Ritalin. Sometime I would run out of things to do and start auditory hallucinations. Slam some milk, it goes away and you can sleep within about an hour.

Been taking the same dose since I was about 8 to treat strong ADHD. AFAIK effects are much stronger if you don't have the shit it's intended for. Took three of them once, shit didn't really affect me and all it does for me is make me less hyperactive and makes me think about shit I do and say before I do.

Some more things:
They take about an hour to full effect, then lasts about 9 hours. They make you a lot less hungry, which can be positive and negative. You need to take a super high dose for it to really be dangerous unless you're allergic or some shit, so just don't take 20. Also, eat before you take them or they won't be as effective.

Concerta is just slow-release Ritalin. When I used to do them, there was a casing around them you could break off, then crush down the insides and snort it.

You'll feel pretty good, you'll feel pretty concentrated. I suggest playing video games or doing course work if you're in school. Alternatively, you could go for a walk. Some people enjoy smoking weed on stims, personally I don't. If that's your thing, going for a walk will be even more enjoyable.
