A similar thing happened to my buddy so he went to the local courthouse and served his parents. They freaked out but let him stay because they didn't think it was worth going to court over letting him stay a little while longer.

Lowe's and Home Depot and Menards are hiring like crazy right now. Once you've picked a place, go to housing and look at the sublet section. Got kicked out myself a few years back, OP. It's been said a few times before, but get a job (if you don't already have one) and find a place to crash. Be it with friends, someone from the internet, whatever. Don't sleep in your car if you don't have to. Your car starts smelling weird after a little bit, and it's murder on your back. As far as a job, restaurants are always hiring dishwashers, bussers, etc. Small shops always need stockers, etc. Small businesses are a bit easier to get hired on the spot/very quickly than a corporate/chain situation.

Also, whatever you do, DO NOT GET A TITLE LOAN ON YOUR CAR. I'm speaking from experience on this one. You may get desperate, shit may get pretty dire, but don't get a title loan on your car. They will weigh you down for a long time and cost you a shit ton in interest. They aren't there to help you, they are out to make money. I made this mistake and almost lost my car a couple times. I had to literally choose between eating and paying the title loan a few times. Don't do it. Beg/borrow from your folks, other family, or friends if you have to. It'll suck, and you'll have to swallow your pride, but it's better than taking out a title loan.
You'll also find out who your real friends are in this. Those who stick by you, you know you can count on them for life. I've learned that, and you will too.
