Cheekbones are a little wide but nice and high. Mascara is overrated and you are better off without it. Your skin is white which is very important, not perfectly smooth, but who's is?
Overall I would give your eye itself an 8.5, including bonus point for green. From what I can see of it's surroundings I would guess you're about a 7.5 to 8.5, other facial flaws aside.
