PS2 had great non/barely violent games in my childhood. Jak 1-3, Sly Cooper 1-3, ratchet & clank 1-arsenal. Most were cartoon violence.
Right now I'm looking into PS Vita homebrew and emulators for it. I might pick one up just to emulate old systems on the go since caring a controller with my phone isn't so convenient

Probably the original Wii, GameCube or N64. Zelda could be considered violent but not like most modern games, yet it's still really good. Mario platformers are just a classic. Kirby is awesome. Not to mention all the spin-offs and continuation of aforementioned series.

I would say the nintendo wii, there're plenty of fun games, mostly rated E. It's so child friendly it feels like a toy but it's still enjoyable.
