This doesn't even look like a very practical knife. It'd be really heavy and bulky, for starters. Secondary, sharpening and honing it must be fucking nightmare. Blades are weirdly curved, which means it's probably an awkward cutter - and I don't think it would be that good for stabbing either, since the three-pronged blade structure would get stuck on metal elements of clothing and bones (try to stab someone between the ribs with this).
Wounds would be hard to seal - kinda? But I doubt this thing can cut very deep. This is the kinda blade that they advertise for idiots for "tactical zombie killing" and then prove how badass it is by cutting/stabbing a watermelon (which fit can be accomplished by a spoon or a metal ruler).

I just realized - it's impossible to cut deep with this thing because after you make a shallow cut, your cut will stopped by one of the other blades getting stuck on the skin. This design is the dumbest thing I have seen in my life.

That looks probably more viable, if gimmicky - though I'm not sure why they didn't make it into a dagger since it's clearly meant for stabbing.
Still, it seems to have gained quite a rep and cops in UK arrest everyone with those on sight, so it probably is a real deal (even if only videos I've seen of it are using it on watermelons - freshly killed pig would be a better way to gauge things.)
