I just started lifting again like 2 weeks ago because I maxxed out really fast because I don't eat and don't get enough nutrients. My friend gave me an almost empty can of Isopure when I was at his house and 1/2 servings got me past my max yesterday, so I hope to get at least some muscle when I make my way to double servings. Until then though, it fucking sucks.

i don't know what your work sitch is of course, but if you buy a couple big dumbbells or a kettlebell from Target, you can set up a space at the office, or somewhere that you spend a lot of your day.
Every hour, i do as many pushups as you can, and one other exercise. i rotate between side lat raise, overhead triceps extension, biceps curl, hammer curl, 30sec wall sit, lunges, and a few others. do that 5-6 times every day.
it's made a difference for me.

Right now I bench until I can't, go straight to curls with my right, curls with left, hammer curls with right, and hammer curls left on Mon/Wed/Fri. Run on Tues/Thurs/Sat.
Each week I add another thing on the Friday, because doing all kinds of weight training from the start ruined my work ethic in highschool.
