If you do, child molesters are a subset of pedophiles (in my definition) where they act physically, using a child. A pedophile is expanded to those who view child porn which perpetuates the predation of children.
My definition deviates from conventional because i believe that one can be attractive to children (idk why it happens), but as long as they do not view the porn or act on their urges they are not a pedophile.
I delineate because there is a stigma associated to being a pedophile. And if it's biological, not a choice, then it doesnt seem right to stigmatize someone who has done nothing to hurt others, but has attractions out of their control..
