I like stories of fluffies sticking together and helping each other. The world is pretty much stacked against them, so it's nice to see them surviving together.

Read Fall of Cleveland. Its extremely hugboxy but still quite entertaining and mostly well written and it explores a lot of the aspects of fluffies that don't get much attention in your typical abuse stories. It was the generic, mindless abuse that killed the fandom in the first place because it just gets so stale after a while. You need a contrast and a context to the gratuitous bloodletting to keep it interesting.
