The only real options here are blue and green.
Blue lets you practically be everywhere at once (in one medium-sized country). But on the other hand, you will draw unwanted attention, and probably hostility.
Green is useful in a wide variety of situations, but makes you enormously vulnerable unless you really know what you're doing, or there are no humans around to see you shape-shift. There's also the question of the conservation of matter during transformations. If my stomach is full and then I turn into a mouse, what happens to the food? If I am wounded or lose a limb as a human, can I regrow it by transforming into anything or some animal in particular?
Anyway, I choose green, I guess. I would be the little girl.
