No. The way to get away with murder is you have to have a mold for an ice stabber. Make a sharp point out of ice. Sharp enough to pierce skin. Then learn how to make ricin (there are a number of sources online) then coat the point of your ice stabber in ricin. Wear a hazmat suit, latex gloves, and duct tape the soles of your shoes. One of my students did this to me. It made my life fucking hell on earth for about a month before I finally changed my phone number and blocked it from the university websites. Here's what you do. Go to her and beg her for help. Tell her your situation and let her know that you'll do anything to pass the class. Tell her that you just need to get a "D" or whatever and then you can graduate. Get a student advocate group involve (search Human Resources on the university website).
She'll most likely take pity on you, maybe after she makes you grovel a little bit. Do whatever she asks in order to pass.
Then after you've passed, start planning your sweet revenge.
But don't kill her. It's totally not worth it. I mean seriously, what's worse, not passing a class and possibly not graduating on time, or spending the rest of your life in prison?
