But my question is what the fucking fuck is going on with iForgot right now? Half the time when I input answers it tells me an error has occured, and the rest of the time it's giving me false positives, telling me 'one of the answers is correct' when I know it isn't. Are they fucking beta testing the new system live? It's been going on for months.

Not too sure. I think it's just an option in icloud settings.
pro-tip:
if you have acct email/password you can login at icloud.com, and sometimes their "photostream" is turned on and it uploads al the pics they take right there. Also there is a "recently deleted" folder which is usually very interesting.
Beware though, as soon as you login it send them a warning email.
