I listen to Pearl Jam more but that's probably because it's not so heavy and they have a bigger back catalogue. Garden, Dissident and Big Wave are all the shit. For individual stand out tracks though, Nirvana wins.

Pearl Jams later albums had more stand out tracks. Dissident, Big Wave, Yellow Leadbetter etc. but Ten was just outstanding throughout. Nirvana had a 2-3 great tracks per album and the rest just felt like experimentation. It's a shame he decided to an hero, as I think they only really started finding their sound when they released Nevermind.
