If you do want to climb, watch a lot of videos to try and learn some new skills and practice them in normals (not just "hurr durr godyr climb out of bronze in 3 ez steps" actual videos teaching you the basics of trading, csing, laning, teamfighting, warding, etc.). Practice in normals until you feel confident and go into ranked with a blank mindset and figure out why you died each time you did. Watching your replays helps quite a bit too. Won't make you perfect but goddamn man you'll get silver V at least. Jesus.
34 losing streak is actually impossible, I was trolling (literally) for like 50 games on my smurf in bronze and I managed to win about 20% of them.
Point is, when you troll, 4 other people in your team either cooperate more with themsleves, making better team, and sometimes even win 4v5, or cry and lose.

Sometimes I am helping people in bronze winning some games and after that I try to convince them - like in this case - to make Anivia as their "main" champ, at least for a while. Most of them declining the offer, cause ya' know, only Zed and Yasuo are proper midlaners, some try her, lose one game and give up, but there are also some (the least group tho) who manage to play her (not main, but still they're playing her). There was a guy, who is gold 5 now (he used to have bronze 3 or 2, don't remember). It may look like it was some kind of joke or illusionary story, but it's not.
Other thing is, yes, Anivia has the lowest HP in the game (or Sona, don't remember exactly, anyway it's still low), but she's one of the highest base range in the game (600), which really helps her "surviving" her early game.
Early on yeah, egg's weak as hell, but still, you can go all-in with Ignite against ur opponent on level 2-3 and "die" securing FB and only losing egg.
This is my score on her in season 5 on Master Tier. Deal with it man, she's strongest APC who can carry you easy from bronze to chall and it's not really hard to know how to play her.
Leaving bronze is mainly knowing the game and Anivia learns one of the most important thing - positioning. And she's strong as hell in nearly every aspect what only helps in leaving bronze.

Okay guys, heres some insight of a guy whos dia.
First of all, take a few champions and learn them. That being when to buy what in what matchup, csing and how much one can do with them. Best would be to take champs that can solo carry. (Yes you can solocarry with any champ if youre good enough, but holy youre bronze)
Second is to understand the game. That being if you have an advantage push the limits on it, dont sit back and wait for the enemys to do something.
Third would be dont take everything so seriously, if youre mad youre gonna get bad. Just laugh it off and if you really get fed up just use /mute all and play for yourself to calm down.
Fourth id say dont be afraid to use your cds, if you think you maybe can burst someone go for it. Itll take a little bit but youll know how much dmg you can deal after a while. Also getting someone low is good enough too, as they have to back or play passive if they dont have lifesteal.
Last of all, if youre bronze dont main support, you prob wont be able to carry.
If someone has questions ill be there for a little.

Pretty high CD on Q, and without Q, E deals nearly no damage. After getting some mana items (that's priority in the jungle) it's easier, still losing some HP even with wall, but clear is fast as hell. But till then it can be hard, especially on higher elo, where people CAN counterjungle.
Trust me, she's not the best pick in jungle. You can play her for zozzle, but only for zozzle.

Firstly, everyone can jungle. Secondly, ganks aren't everything. Point is you can't end jungle route without backing before 2nd buff. And after that it's still hard, cause without full jungle item and some additional mana (like Tear or Catalyst) you can have problems with mana.
Haven't jungled her with new jungle Flask tho, but I don't think it will change much.
