you should do: stay out the house and fucking run. run as much as you can. if you can't run, jog. if you can't jog, walk. long distances without stopping. lose weight.
if you stop running/jogging/walking, you HAVE to do push-ups and sit-ups. you can also shadow box, but whatever you do don't stop exercising even for a minute.
this will keep you out the house and will make you lose weight + gain muscle = profit??
