Take "two" wtf is two, every pill has different amounts of MDMA in it.
Since it's your first time you should'nt need more than about 100-120mg of MDMA max to get going fucking great. If after an hour the feeling isnt enough, take another dose.
If after 3 hours the feelings start to decrease and you want them to last longer, take some more. However to get another "kick-in" feeling you'll need to take a double dose in order to feel it kick in hard again.
I don't recommend using more than 200 your first time though.
And ideally you should keep 3 months between uses. Although I myself fail to do this. It is best practice though and keeps the feeling fucking amazing!
