ive been having weird pains in the area shown in the picture, right above my junk
its even weirder the way the pain comes ; either when i pull on the pubic hair in said area, or press down on it
its been like this for around 2 years... and im starting to get freaked out.

Inguinal hernia.
Develop all the inguinal muscles as hard as you can before operation, otherwise u will get an strecht plastic mail wrapping you forever and causing constant pain 1-3% of patients still have cramps.
Btw, once u develop one, time will do the second in the other size.
Depending on how big is the hole, body fat, habits, and other factors i would reccomend one or another type of surgery to avoid the intestine goes away.

This guy... Is pretty much bang on, I've got one each side, 3 ops later and plastic mesh wrapped on the right hand side and it hurts EVERY MINUTE OF EVERY FUCKING DAY!!

Alright OP here but one thing I dont understand is the hair thing... why does it hurt when i pull the hair? also, it doesent hurt all the time, both sides are equal in size. and i was mistaken, i had testicular torsion
