Hey annon, I had the same problem till I was about 13, all you need to do is stop giving a shit what people think about you. Make fun of your self, learn to have a laugh! Get off tits. Go to the gym, get some confidence and just dont give a fuck. It worked for me, now I am in uni, got a bird, got mates and enjoy meeting people, I am a fucking salesman for fuck sake, never thought I would be able to that shit.

You really need to push yourself, by taking small steps. If you keep pushing yourself by getting into situations you dislike you will slowly improve. feeling sorry for yourself won't get you anywhere, go get some ADs and really push yourself.

Social anxiety i have never dealth with, but anxiety like being scared to drive or fall asleep or feeling super light headed and afraid of dying I have dealt with. Usually exercise helps a lot and also trying to stay positive. thinking about how poeple have it way worse than me. Keeping happy thoughts, playing video games and chatting it up helps a lot also. Being with friends. shit like that. Stay strong! keep youir head up and set goals and conquer the shit outta them.
