There are many SSRI and SNRI, if one isn't working, talk to your doc about trying another. The drugs are not ment to be the solution anyway, just ment to get you up to a point where you can talk your shit through with a psychologist, understand how your thoughts work and how to take control of them.

If you don't inhale oxygen in the first place, you won't produce co2. High Co2 levels is what triggers the feeling of panic and suffocation.
