Agree with both. Passionately played through the game at least twice. It's good there's so much "filler content" (read: lovely written side quests that make a difference, monster contracts with their own stories and little characters, treasure hunts that you either stumble upon or find through a quest, etc.). You can play the game differently each time you got through it. Each and every time you can focus on a different approach, different zone of the vast map you'll explore first - and then in what order. Plus, the character development system provides a fair amount of replayability in terms of how you can play - AND the choices.
It has a lot of replayability potential for the money, considering its specific genre and production value. Plus the CDPRs DLC policies are pretty solid, in my opinion...
