I've used small doses (on gums or up nose) every 2-3 hours, got through a gram in 4-5 days. Was a nice way to spend a holiday.
I find re-ups good when clubbing, not at home.

I don't remember that specifically but I do remember everything had a really dark vibe to it, everything we watched or did just felt so off and disturbing, to the point where it made me feel ill and empty inside like there was no joy left in the world. Well, this was in a pretty poorly lit environment (full of colorful laser-lights, actually). A few people I know had the same things - someone they knew turned towards them and their faces looked like a huge claw was tearing holes in it - leading to nothingness. Very horrormovieish.

mdma assisted psychotherapy to treat ptsd, this is the most widely recognised. if youve taken mdma you've most likely experienced a deeper connection of empathy with the people you're around at the time. imagine that but with a professional psychotherapist, really being able to open up about what's effecting you.
mdma assisted CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) to treat anxiety and depression, this is alot less accepted in the medical industry than ptsd. SSRI's already seem to be doing the job fine in their eyes, I dont entirely agree but thats another story
