first off, you need to acknowledge the golden rule of trailers : qualitative inversion. the better the trailer, the shittier the movie. Trailers is like make up for ugly girls : they have to give it their best shot otherwise no one's gonna look at them. Countless terrible movies have good trailers, because the condensed all of the good jokes in the trailer. The fact that this trailer isn't that great just shows that this movie has confidence in itself.
secondly, bridesmaids was hilarious, and it's by both the same director and roughly the same crew. so i have high hopes for this.

As someone who hates the social justice movements around the place, I don't really see what's wrong with this.
