blue light is too close to UV on the spectrum, human eyes are adapted to deal with green and red light best. theres been a few studies that have shown blue light to be real bad for your eyes.

Might consider swapping the blue for red then in the future. For now its no biggie. I only game with the blue lights probably once a week right now anyways. I do have a pair of Gunnar glasses I wear on occasion when I'm on the pc all day (the only time my eyes start to feel strained). But I've yet to need them when the blue lights are on...Not that they would work properly in that light anyways.
