vary your framing, show close-ups, full-body shots, torso-up, dramatic back views, use them appropriately for effect
give some perspective a shot every so often
use dramatic, varied expressions if you're going to talking-head
use the whole body to emote, not just the face
try to interact more instead of just drawing your character on their own
personally i shoot for a requests/avatar ratio of 1:1 but lately it's been slipping to more like 1:2

Will keep in mind. Appreciated. When not doing requests sometimes I challenge myself that before I avatar I'm going to try a dynamic/different starting pose, draw it before joining. And every draw after that I try to do a different one and if I do end up doing 3/4 I use a timer thing on my phone and shoot more for speed and torso up speed. Or just body building speed.
