I believe it's true to an extent. I'm usually chubby, if I work out I drop weight almost instantly and build dense muscle without taking supplements. I've always ate pretty healthy and my blood sugar and cholesterol are excellent. The only way I would be that heavy though would be if I started eating like it's my job.

I'll admit, I know a few people who are pretty large. Not Obese, but they are larger. And they have a thyroid problem that makes it to where they can only drop so much weight before they get hospitalized. You know, I don't mind them, because they don't try to play it off like its something it isn't.
