The ones with urticating hairs will flick them at you, others will bite, the Columbian Giant Tarantula will spin in a circle and try and hit you with the spikes on their legs. The Euthalus sp. Red is incredibly inquisitive, calm, and docile. It likes to wander and explore so it won't hesitate to crawl onto your hand, but it isn't doing that because it wants to be handled. It really just depends. And no, handling spiders excessively stresses them out. They don't hate it, but they don't love it.
