i think it depends on the version.
but it should have a huge button with mount image. click that, then find the .iso file (I assume) you downloaded and click it as the target. good to go.

That's because you didn't do steps 4-5 in my pro guide. The virtual DVD will have a folder called crack or something like that. Inside you'll have a new .exe file and maybe a couple of .dll files.
You need to copy these to the folder into which you installed the game and rewrite the original files that were there.
