the quantities arent that important, im just curious about what order this goes in and if i could add any ingredient or if you know any tips/tricks to make it taste better. As we all know the pizza dough itself is 90% of the taste.

1 1⁄3 cups water
2 teaspoons sugar
1 1⁄4 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
1⁄4 teaspoon onion powder
1 1⁄2 teaspoon yeast
