I'd just started playing magic and neither me not my friends could make ANY sense of this beauty at all. Even a shopkeeper I asked was slightly puzzled. Printing the word 'stack' on a card guarantees mass confusion.
Regardless, that the card is incredibly cool was never disputed.

I've never understood why white creatures were so insanely powerful.

Wild Nacatl, Diregraf Ghoul, Gravecrawler, Champion of the Parish, Serra Ascendant, Delver of Secrets, Signal Pest, ...
and if you go for two mana there are Stoneforge Mysthic, Goblin Piledriver, Keldron Marauders, and hundreds of amazing ones

Bought the Vault: Twenty for 125, and Jace already made it worth the money, got some other shit like green suns zenith, that went into my mana ramp deck. Of course can't play tournaments but I have other decks for that.
Can't beat this.

You can do an autistic eldrazi deck with possibility storm endless one and emrakul. RU for counters to counter possibility storm or endless one counter, pact of negatron ideally.
Previously this deck was only doable with artificat creatures which sucked because then you couldn't use lotus bloom since it would be grabbed off sharing the artificact type with your ornithopter's of the world.
