You may want to check her usual haunts if shes been out of the house for the last few weeks/months for kittens. Its possible she gave birth and you might not know it.
She may also have had a anal polyp go and that may be from her pooping blood.
Thats not fatal, itll heal on its own.
If you have a steth, you can track her vitals by listening to her chest and abdomen. Her heartbeat should be over 100 beats a minute. Ideally, 2 beats a second. You know what seconds are, windowlicker?
Her abdomen should be making light gurgling sounds, if you hear nothing, check again in an hour. If still nothing, check again in an hour again. If nothing after 6 hours, there could be a digestive problem, blockage or some such. Another reason that blood could be coming from her ass.
If she begins hissing at you or begins avoiding touch that means shes in pain. If she begins to get tired, refuses to eat or drink and acts strange, she probably had a stroke.
If your cat is DEFINITELY IN PAIN. To remind your retarded ass. thats when SHES HISSING AT YOU AND ACTIVING REVILING FROM TOUCH & HIDING IN A DARK WARM PLACE. That means shes in a lot of pain. You can ender suffering by feeding her a bunch of benadryl, at least 4 pills (200-300mg diphenhydramine). She'll pass out, you can stuff her in a garbage bag, drain the air and wait. Damage from lack of care or dental disease (abscess, gum disease, same shit humans get. Think of reasons why YOU would bleed from the mouth)
A simple laceration in her mouth (Could be from gnawing on a bone or metal object, catching and consuming a creature that can lacerate in defense, or eating something hard)
Trauma (see above, or, cat might have faceplanted into a wall/floor/object while catting)

That said, I'm a vet tech at an emergency animal hospital, the smell, blood, discolored saliva staining on her fur, hiding, weight loss/appetite, and odor may be related to dental disease and or oral tumor. If it's dental disease, good. Not an emergency, you can take her to the vet in the morning and get that shit cleaned and any teeth that need to come out can get pulled. If it's a tumor, have her put down. Cats with oral masses don't do well and the masses are usually malignant.
