Does any /b/ros have a technique (short cut) to losr weight super fast?
I know it takes time it doesn't happen overnight but im just sick of being chubby.

Literally. That's you're only two fucking options fat fuck. Even if you go to boot camp and lost 30 ibs in a month, you'd feel like complete shit everyday and gain it all back within a month, probably more fat than you were previously because the human body cannot sustain that kind of metabolic shock you retard.
But if you want ACTUAL advice I'll tell you, even though you're not gonna do it.
Track your macronutrients. In layman's terms; basically just keep track of what you're eating & how much. You find your maitanance caloric intake (the amount of calories that your body takes in without losing or gaining weight or energy) and then adjust accordingly every 2 weeks by lowering about 200-400 calories.
If you haven't worked out a day in your life; id recommend a 5 day split for the first three months (arms, legs, back, chest, shoulders). This way you can spend a lot of time figuring out what excersises you do like and what you don't like. It also allows you to build some integrity into your muscles, before you get into any heavy lifting.
Although; weight loss is not freaking rocket science. Fat is burned when your body produces h2o; sweat. You don't even have to go to the gym. You could pick up biking, a sport, running, it doesn't fucking matter. But as a general rule of thumb, keep it light when you're first starting off otherwise you might get turned off by the idea and just quit altogether.
Keep your reach goals reasonable and expectations realistic, you fat fuck.
Pro tip; if u do decide to gym and cardio; you can eat whatever the fuxk you want. Just don't eat too much of it.

In terms of exercise just walk/cycle/swim doesn't have to be that much, 0,5-1hr a day should be fine. Alternativly just do some shit like push-ups, sit-ups, jumping jacks etc.

if you want to lose weight then there is very simple rule: burn more calories then you consume. When I needed to quickly lose 2kg and since I never excercise I just ate very little ( about 1000 calories a day). I know that this is very unhealthy but it really works. The hardest part was the empty stomach feeling but it went away after a few days and I even needed to remind myself to eat.

It'll take a good amount of time. No shortcuts. Just eat better and exercise everyday. Start of with 30 minute everyday walk week 1. Then do 30 min fast walk everyday week 2. Then 10 minute jog plus 20 minute walk week 3. Then 20 minute jog 10 minute walk. Then start going to the gym after you have decent stamina. Start doing cross-fit-esque cardio exercises to lose weight fast.

If you want to do it the right way, cut every liquid out of your diet that isn't called water, stick to a calorie budget every day and exercise.
It's hard bit if you stick to it you'll get your results.
Zero out your carbs for 30 days. Like, as close to zero as you can get. No sugar, super low carbs, but plenty of protein and fat.
Along with that, no alcohol. Tons of water. No diet sodas (the artificial sweetener wreaks havoc regardless). Lots of leafy greens, dark green veggies, and high fiber veggies. No fruit.
After 30 days of that? You'll have lost about 30 to 75 pounds.

Well, you can get phentermine from a doctor. Cut carbs and sugars with high GI. Replace carbs with whole grains and non processed stuff and replace sugar with stuff like xylitol and coconut palm sugar. Exercise is helpful too, even just walking for a bit or gardening. No sodas, if you crave sweet drinks, try sobe life waters with stevia as a sweetener.

This actually works lol. Some weed in the morning to start your metabolism, healthy breakfast after that, and just do some coke in the evening to subdue the hunger. It'll jumpstart the weight loss, then just start working out after a few weeks for even quicker results and to make sure that you don't gain everything back as you gradually start eating like a normal human again.

Plain, boiled with water, no salt or sugar or fruit or chocolate chips or fucking Twinkies in it or NOTHING.
This does two things:
1) Stops you associating the act of eating with the pleasure of getting a sugar or fat high. That shit is blaaaaand, and you get pretty fucking tired of it pretty fucking fast
2) Ensures that when you do eat, you're getting some food takes a while to digest, so you may feel hungry but you won't feel weak or feeble or none of that shit.
Between doing this religiously for 3 months, I went from a 48 inch waist to a 34 inch waist with no more exercise than an hours walking every day. As a bonus, you have more cash to do stuff because oats cost fuck all, and that's all you're eating!

What I did to drop from 70kg to 55kg in a pretty fast manner was fasting myself once a week while eating normally (without snacks, water only) for the rest of the week. Cutting out snacks and water is already a good thing to do but fasting for a day seemed to make a pretty big difference.

Cold showers burn calories to keep body warm take note of what you're drinking like no sugar or cream in your coffee, drinking loads of water makes you feel full, ice water is best. caffeine is an appetite suppressant if you get hungry eat loads of raw watery veg and fruit like celery or watermelon or cucumber. When you do eat try leave half of what's on your plate. Take really small bites and chew for a really long time after each swallow take a big gulp of water. This was a life saver for me because it makes you feel stuffed on hardly any food.

i lost 66lbs in 2 -3 months by only eating every 3 or 4 days. on the day that i ate, i'd eat whatever i want and i wouldnt gain any of the weight back.
make sure you drink a lot of water. i drank a lot of latte's (which are pretty fattening) even on my days of not eating, but i didnt gain any weight.
i didnt exercise even once during that 2 - 3 month period either. i swim now, and go for walks occasionally with my friend and i've kept the weight off.
