You just have to slowly start until it just becomes a habit. I quite refreshing from my usual habits at first and that's what made me stick with it. If you aren't satisfied with your weight than that should be enough motivation to at least start doing something. When you perform any aerobic exercise your brain release endorphins so if you start it gets easier to stick with it over time
