I've literally always had a job.
Several of the jobs I've had I was not trained for and not qualified for. Like welding, I was an aluminum welder foe about 12 years.
I'd never welded aluminum in my life. and barely any steel. but I walked in, told them I wanted a job, and got a job.
All from persistence and a willingness to demonstrate the ability to learn.
within a few months I had coast guard certifications for aluminum welding.
Something people with education and training were having problems doing.

I could do that actual electrician part fine, I learned it pretty quickly actually. I was just slow at it and had trouble with some of the strength required tasks, like stripping cables without fucking up the copper
plus due to safety reasons and me being short I had trouble running cables through the roof (we where in the house construction area of electricians) they wouldn't let me get above the roof, i had to use a ladder, but i was fucking short so it was hard and took me a long time to run one cable

I did have problems with construction in the early years of my job, but I learned how to deal with it, how construction workers think and work, and how you get what you need (help with a difficult work) just by asking.
but it's probably the best if you keep looking for apprenticeship in other companies. there are many different kinds of jobs in the electrical field, so I suggest you look for one you like more
