At 19, distant love relation doesn't work. It will be not confortable, but after 6 months you'll be ok. And if you have basics in social stuff (doing some sport or activities involving other people), you'll probably forget her in a year.
If she can do it with other people than you, it means it is not worth it your pain I'd say. If you want to play it romantic, just go with her. But if you do, you'll probably regret it.
