It depends on your career field and how much weed or whatever drug you're into impedes you. you are correct 50k isn't a lot. it is certainly enough to support myself at this point. also not a bad salary for my first "real" job after college considering the average college graduate makes under 40k to start and that's if they're even able to find a job. i've been at this company a few months and there seems to be lots of room for growth and stock options after 2 years of employment so i am thinking this will likely work out well for me in the long run.
