Actually, there would still be mountains, hills, and still yet plains. There are two very powerful pieces of evidence that breaks the flat earth theory.
1. While standing atop any of the highest peaks, you would be able to see at least the nearest large landmarks from them. For example, if the world were flat, you would be able to see Hawaii from the westernmost peaks of the Rockies.
2. Timezones. There is absolutely no explanation within the Flat Earth Theory that accounts for Time Zones. If the Earth were flat, it would be either day or night everywhere. In reality, the Sun still rises in the E, moves up and left to north at Noon, and then set again in the W. Measure their sizes in the photos. They're the same.

Use an astrolabe (you can make a crude-but-good-enough one using a school-grade protractor) to measure the altitude of the Sun (or Moon) simultaneously. The Earth is 12,756,000m in diameter.
That's a scale of about 1:41,822,951.
So that means if I'm at the top of the 828 meter Burj Khalifa, that building would jut out of my globe .00002 m or 0.02 mm = a fiftieth of a millimeter, something like a flake of silt. The texture of the globe material would obstruct any view of curvature.
How about in an airplane at 12,000 m? I'd be .00029 m or .29 mm = one third of a millimeter above the globe - something like a grain of salt. *Maybe* I could see a bit of curve, but I doubt it.
The ISS orbits at about 395,000 m. That would put it about .00944 m or 9.44 mm above my globe, about the length of a coffee bean. Yes, you should be able to see curvature from there (protip - they do).

The Earth is traveling at 25000 miles an hour in rotation. If a plane was to lift off the ground and gravity was to still have hold of it, the plane would rotate with the planet meaning that gravity has a lot of power. According to the flat earther, the plane would only have to lift up and then wait a few seconds and then 25000 miles would pass after an hour. The problem is neither one of these arguments makes sense. Technically even if gravity was that strong somebody falling from a plane 20000 miles up should definitely have moved sideways at least slightly.
